Notice of Dues for 2026:

Individual Membership - $75.00

Company Membership - $225.00

Your annual dues include the following:

1.  Eight lunches with a monthly guest speaker discussing timely issues related to the title industry.

2.  1 Hour of Ethics to be provided at an upcoming meeting.  We will apply for both insurance and legal credits.

3.  Participate in other social networking events and sponsorship opportunities though COLTA.

For Individual Memberships: If you cannot attend a meeting, someone from your company may take your place at no charge. Please RSVP accordingly.

For Company Memberships: Anyone from your company may attend. Please RSVP accordingly.
